Form word trails by deducing the correct positions for 16 letters in a grid.
A completed Gogen puzzle takes the form of a 5×5 grid of 25 letters of the alphabet (no Z). Each letter has a path connecting it to each of the letters immediately adjacent to it in any direction. The solver is given a list of words that they must be able to trace through the grid by following the paths between the letters. To start, nine letters have been placed in the grid – the solver must calculate the correct position of each of the remaining 16 letters.
Logical reasoning will be required to crack this puzzle. It is a brave solver who will attempt a Gogen in print using a pen rather than a pencil! The advantage of the digital version is that letters once placed can be easily deleted.
